Multiple defaults

Having multiple default values, where one field can have one of a set of values, is an extension of the one value process shown before.

For each value, you would create the default form, and then rename it, by viewing it:

Double click on the form:

The view the entire form by clickcing on the View folder/file button:

Now, click on the Manage Document button:

And click on the Rename file command area:

And rename the file by adding the option value at the end of the file name, but before the extension.

Click on the Set comamnd area to save.

Now create another default value form and rename it as you wish.

Once you have created multiple choice files, when you merge a packet that contains the form, you will be presented with a choice menu:
