Tracking a filing is done by setting the Track field in the Filing Information screen:

When you track a filing, the following changes create a notification report:

  • Field values, eg. a judge is assigned
  • Party is added or removed, or a value in a party changes
  • Event is added or removed, or a value in an event changes
  • Hearing is added or removed, or a value in a hearing changes

When a filing is tracked, any changes produce a Notification using the rules for the Applicant.
